Deep Desert accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Simply add items to your “Cart” and then go to the “Checkout” section. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to certain states. Sales taxes are calculated at the time of checkout based upon your ZIP code.
You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into “My Account” and viewing “My Orders”. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. At this point your order status will be updated to “complete” and you can track your package by visiting UPS.com and providing the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
There is NO shipping charge on orders over $100. Otherwise, we charge $5 per order.
You can expect to receive your Deep Desert items in 5-10 business days.
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your Deep Desert item(s), you can return the items(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Exchanges and refunds for the purchase price must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Items purchased at a discount or on sale are non-refundable. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
